our first snow day ever in Louisiana

yesterday was so exciting for everyone who lived in south louisiana,.kids were home from school people got sent home from work.roads were closed..it snowed hard for 4 1/2 hrs straight...how exciting,...the kids LOVED IT..it was too cold for me to touch we just made a lil snowman,,i didnt have good gloves and my hands wouldnt move good they were so cold..lol..so heres some snow pics from south louisiana

on the 11th day of Christmas!!!

John woke up for work this morning walked out the door this morning and came in hollering ITS SNOWING ITS SNOWING...i was like is it enough to wake up for ..he said its really coming down..so we woke the kids up and went out....last year we had snow for 2 mins maybe but it was exciting for us in louisiana...but TODAY its been snowing 2 hrs now...how amazing just 2 days ago it was 77 and i had the air on now they are saying sunday it will be back in the 70's here....Super weather....thats Louisiana for you though..
